After the last update (7.47 i believe) Matrix tool has not been working like before. Image below. The "PIP P/L:" section is not shown when you open the charts section. It's weird i can only see CAD/CHF matrix correctly but other pairs dont (PS: CAD/CHF trade was executed before update). Also when i select "Close all orders on net pips" and i put my target, Matrix wont close my trades like suposed to. I've already contacted support yesterday and nothing recommended worked. I disconnected my broker and reconnected, i changed my MT4 password. Nothing so far worked. Here's the funny part: if i add a trade with matrix, it seems to work fine because after that you can see the "PIP P/L:" section, but once you close the page or refresh to open again, same problem happens. Of course i even cleared browsing data and cookies and did'nt work either. If you disconnect and reconnect broker (MT4) it also seems to work but matrix wont close when it gets to net pips target. If you refresh, happens the same bug. ¿What can i do or what's going on with the Smart Trader?
