Alert: StochasticRSI is crossing a certain value (e.g. 80)

It should be possible to receive a notification when the StoRSI is crossing a certain level (e.g. 80). This should be realizable without adding an extra horizontal line on a certain level in the indicator panel. In the UCS, I was able to set an alert when the Stochastic RSI value is over the value of 80, for example.
