Add Cursor Selection to Global Settings

I primarly use the Crosshair Cursor for all of my charts. I'd like the ability to set the Cursor Type in the Global Settings so that I don't have to change it for every chart and workspace. Also, if you hit ESC when using the Crosshair Cursor, it returns to the default pointer. Hitting ESC is a common occurance when modifying the charts and many times it unncessairly resets the cursor.
