Matrix doesn´t work. Broker is disconected.

Hi. I have a serious problem with Smart trader, suddenly this message appeared: "Matrix doesn't work. Broker is disconnected." So I can't see the progress of the matrix, I can only close it, but the operations are also lost, is there any way to make the matrix operational again without losing the orders in progress.
