BETTER VIDEO VIEWING OPTIONS

I HATE OPENING VIDEO TO FULL SCREEN, in case I need to toggle to another window to practice. For me, it's best to practice looking at the video, and go to my other window or tab, so I can mimic what to do exactly as the "teacher" or demonstration is showing. I think the video should have the option to open as large as the viewer wants. We only have 2 views, uncomfortably small, and full. That's annoying for the watcher. It would be great if it had a popup window, as an option, too.
