Selecting Horizontal Line next to an order line. (Stop loss, Pending)

When a Pending order line is on top of the Horizontal Line and I want to move the Horizontal line or even remove it. I cannot click on the Horizontal line it is always going to the Pending Order line asking me if I want to move it when I only want to move the Horizontal Line. How about selecting the Horizontal Line with one click ignoring the order line. If I want to move the order line have it select the order line with 2 clicks. Deselect the Horizontal Line when the order line is selected. That way you are not moving 2 lines together.
