Change Bid Method

I saw on a recent video that the bid price can be changed if one right-clicks the bid. Unfortunately, that is a windows' mouse feature and I am unable to do that on my iMac. My chat with support said that only a broker can change it, but if I saw it done by a teacher, then that is not true. And should not even be an issue with a demo account.
