Alerts - Allow us to set the number of times an Alert goes off and the period between its sounding

We aren't always at our desk when an alarm/alert goes off so if we could say to have it go off 10 times over the course of 5 minutes, or 1 hour, etc. that would be helpful so we wouldn't miss the single alert sound off.
