set pointer as default

The system default is set for the ARROW pointer. Although, if a trader uses one of the other pointers, we are constantly having to select the pointer of choice when opening different charts. This is time-consuming. When time is money, saving time can be tremendously valuable. Please consider giving users the ability to select a pointer as the user's default.
