Lock/Unlock drawing/pattern/label tools

In the process of moving the chart around, I find that I accidentally grab a trend line, fib tool, s/r line etc and move it. It would be nice to have an option on the floating tool bar to lock/unlock the tools in the Geometric Drawings, Fibonacci Drawings, Pattern Tools, and Labels tool sets.
