Stochastic RSI 2h is not showing correct values after refreshing page

After refreshing the page I cannot rely on the 2h Stochastic RSI. The line changes every few seconds as you can see in the screenshots 1-4 and I have to wait a few minutes until the 2h Sto RSI is displayed correctly again. The problem is also if I have set an alert on the 2h StoRSI I get false signals.
