Hola @erikamateus, lamento mucho escuchar es problema que estas teniendo con SmartTrader. Para poder ayudarte e investigar mas este caso, por favor podrian mandar una foto de captura de tu historial "Trade Panel" de SmartTrader.
Necesito saber el Trade ID, Pair, Open Time, Closed Time, and Matrix ID.
con esta informacion podremos investigar mas.

por favor su ayuda hace 3 dias el SmartTrader no funciona entro a la aplicación se queda pensando y con la pantalla en blanco no funciona en nada.
Hola. Uso sma Basico y en la operativa usdcad cuando mandaron la señal de cierre se cerro mi operativa sin que yo haya configurado tp de 20 netos.Es la primera vez que me pasa
