MATRIX ALREADY STARTED

I have 5 workspaces with currencies, but in 4 of the 5 I get this error. "Matrix on USD/CAD has already started. Please use another broker or symbol." I can only work on one of them using the ADD MATRIX option, the others get the error described above.
